Fees
In order to provide the highest possible standard of care for your pets, we require the most effective drugs available and modern technical equipment, all of which has to be maintained and funded. We try to keep our fees reasonable, but they also have to be realistic and reflect the level of care provided.
We ask that payment is made at the time of treatment as this helps keep down our administrative and financial costs which affect the levels of fees. We are always happy to provide an estimate before undertaking a course of treatment. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Delta cards.
Insurance
Pet insurance can assist with the costs of veterinary services and is very popular with our clients. We want to be able to provide the best possible care for your pet. This can become expensive and we strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your pet at the earliest opportunity. By doing this, you will never have to compromise your pet's health because of worries about costs.
Due to FSA regulations we can no longer advise on the different company policies available. But, we keep leaflets at our surgeries and encourage you to contact the insurance companies for more detailed information.
